By booking with Cab n Transfer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided, including airport transfers, private hire, business travel, and chauffeur services within the UK and internationally.
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorised channels.
Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
Prices are fixed at the time of booking and include all standard charges unless stated otherwise.
We monitor flight arrivals in real time for airport pickups.
Complimentary waiting time includes up to 60 minutes for airport arrivals and 15 minutes for non-airport pickups.
Additional waiting time may result in extra charges.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be charged in full.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Passengers must ensure correct pickup details are provided.
Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
Child seats must be requested at the time of booking.
Any damage caused to the vehicle may result in additional charges.
Luggage allowance depends on the vehicle selected at booking.
Oversized or excess luggage must be declared in advance.
Cab n Transfer is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked journey.
Personal belongings are carried at the passenger’s own risk.
Abusive, unsafe, or illegal behaviour will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
